In addition, we advise and execute in Preparing and Filing Articles of Organization, Certificate of Limited Partnership, Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreements, Operating Agreements and Corporate By-laws. 

We value the intimate and close relationship we have with our clients who are business owners, and offer them guidance at every stage in the life of their business, from inception and formation through variety of corporate and business transactions such as contract negotiations, including asset purchase/disposition agreements to winding down of a business. 

Our business clients range from small mom-and-pop stores, to midsized restaurants and engineering firms. We regularly attend board of directors, officers, and shareholders meetings and provide legal advice.
